1. Damages to Products

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of high quality and are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, we are not liable for any damages that occur after the product has been delivered, including but not limited to damage caused by washing, improper handling, or wear and tear. By purchasing from Diabolical, you accept that all products are sold “as is,” and we are not responsible for any alterations or damages once the product is in your possession.

2. Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date at the time of purchase. If your package goes missing in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While we are not liable for missing packages, we will assist to the best of our ability in tracking your order.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted unless personally approved by Miles Breen at Diabolical. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to us at support@diabolical.store. Approval of refunds or exchanges is at our sole discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
